Operating Architects is a trade name of Going Nowhere Fast LLC. Contact us through the Fit Call request form on this site.
What the forms collect
Workbook form: your email address, and which workbook edition you asked for.
Fit Call request form: your name, email address, type of business, an optional message, and your agreement to be contacted.
The forms also record the page you submitted from and the time of submission. We do not ask for payment details, government IDs, health information or customer data in these forms. Please do not put them in the message box.
Why we collect it
To send you the workbook, to reply to your Fit Call request and, if you agree, to send a small number of follow-up emails about the workbook. We do not use it for anything else.
Where it goes
Form submissions are stored on our own server, which we operate, and are never sold or shared with data brokers. The site and the workbook files are hosted on that same server. If we add an email or scheduling service, this page will name it.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not use it to train AI models.
Analytics and cookies
This site currently uses no analytics and sets no tracking cookies. If we add advertising measurement (for example the Meta pixel), this notice will be updated first to say so.
How long we keep it
We keep workbook requests for up to 24 months without engagement, then delete them. Fit Call and client records are kept as long as needed for the work and our legal obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or unsubscribe from emails at any time, through the Fit Call request form on this site. Every email we send will include a way to opt out.
